No tracking, no cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. We don't measure your behaviour and we don't build a profile. No data is sent to third parties when you view the site.
The chat on this site
If you use the chat feature, we process the data needed to handle your question: the content of your messages and technical data such as your IP address (among other things to prevent abuse). We use this data solely to communicate with you; it is not used for other purposes or sold to third parties.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we use your details only to answer your message and follow up on any request.
Hosting
The website and its associated services run on infrastructure in the Netherlands / the European Union.
Recordings and voicemail in the Velio platform
When an organisation uses Velio as its contact center, call recordings and voicemail messages may contain personal data. By default these live on infrastructure in the Netherlands / the European Union. An organisation can additionally choose to store these files on its own Nextcloud — per component (recordings, voicemail, or both).
If an organisation chooses this, it decides and manages where that data resides itself, with its own backups and its own retention policy. Transport to it is encrypted (TLS); securing the data once it arrives on that own storage is managed by the organisation itself. Spoken announcements and menus always stay on the Velio server.
